What this support looks like
SMART Recovery meetings are practical, self-empowering, and focused on helping you manage change one step at a time. Meetings are non-judgemental spaces where you can connect with others for mutual support. It is not about labels or pressure. It is about giving you tools, peer support, and a place to start.
What to expect
Meetings are structured but informal, focusing on the present and future. You can listen first, take part when ready, and use the parts that feel useful. Meetings generally consist of:
