What this support looks like

SMART Recovery meetings are practical, self-empowering, and focused on helping you manage change one step at a time. Meetings are non-judgemental spaces where you can connect with others for mutual support. It is not about labels or pressure. It is about giving you tools, peer support, and a place to start.

What to expect

Meetings are structured but informal, focusing on the present and future. You can listen first, take part when ready, and use the parts that feel useful. Meetings generally consist of:

  1. Check in
  2. Agenda setting
  3. Discussion
  4. Check out

Family and friends

If someone else's addictive behaviour is affecting you, there is also support for family and friends here.
